Manage sales processes from market analysis to project handover

Oversee and manage sales processes

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from market analysis to project handover. You will actively seek sales opportunities, manage bids, and develop technical solutions for VPE, oil, and gas pressure cables. Your task will be to :

  • Conduct market analysis and identify sales opportunities
  • Manage bids and maintain opportunities in the CRM system
  • Develop technical solutions for various projects
  • Create project plans and cost estimates
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients

You will collaborate with internal departments such as engineering and external stakeholders, including international clients, subcontractors, and authorities. This position is based in Troisdorf, Germany.

  • Experience in sales processes from market analysis to project handover

  • Expertise in negotiating commercial terms with clients
  • Experience in risk management during sales processes
