Your Role

• Together with your team, you will ensure the efficient operation of our customers' SAP Cloud systems.
• You will drive the further development of the systems in order to bring cloud innovations to the customer for practical use.
• You manage the team, monitor service quality and continuously improve it.
• You will proactively manage and ensure clear communication with the customer and their stakeholders in the context of the service.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business informatics or have a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained experience in IT service management in the SAP environment.
• Managing teams is not new territory for you.
• You are characterised by strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
• Strong communication skills and business fluency in German and English.
• Knowledge of the main SAP modules and S4/HANA round off your profile.
