Your daily work routine
- Learn all store operations
- Assist with staff scheduling and store organization
- Handle goods receipt and presentation
- Maintain a tidy store and implement concept guidelines
- Conduct customer consultations and sales at the cash register
- Practical training in our retail training center in Springe (BZE) through 10 seminars of 2 weeks each
- Theoretical focus areas: sales and marketing, customer orientation, personnel management

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
