Bioinformatician / scientific programmer (f/m/d)
The position is to be started as soon as possible and funded initially for two years with the possibility of extension.
Your Tasks
- Development of workflows and application of novel methods for analysis of single cell and spatially resolved data
- Collaborate with other researchers to design experiments and analyze results
- Processing and visualization of large-scale biological datasets including multi-omics data
- Collaboration with researchers within the CRC 1366 "Vascular Control of Organ Function"
Your Skills
- Degree in computational sciences or biology with experience in computational work
- PhD is not required but will be considered as a strong plus
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods applied to biological data
- Excellent organizatorial skills, strong commitment, motivation and ability to work in a dynamic team
