Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a HR Payroll Administrator.

You can look forward to

  • You are the contact person for employees and provide information on time management issues.
  • You support your colleagues in the administration of our job bike programme and our job ticket, helping ensure all employees benefit from these advantages.
  • You maintain HR core data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM, ensuring all data related to salary, holiday, etc., is up to date.
  • You work with our digital personnel file, filing documents from A to Z, such as employment contracts and references, ensuring proper archiving.

You come equipped with

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in economics or business administration.
  • Initial professional experience (including internships) in human resources management.
  • Ideally, knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP (HCM).
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications and enthusiasm for discovering new digital tools.
  • Fluent conversational skills in German and English.
  • A service-oriented, precise, and responsible work approach, along with strong communication skills.
