About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading strategy consulting firm, specialises in delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges across various industries, via B2B/B2C Services. They are known for their entrepreneurial approach, focus on strategy, and emphasis on fostering client relationships at the highest levels.

As they continue to grow, they seek experienced Managers to lead high-level consulting projects and contribute to the development of client relationships. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Your Role

In this position, you will manage project teams and oversee the successful delivery of consulting engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the analysis, design, and delivery of consulting projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for project teams, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Assist in client pitches and contribute to the growth of client accounts.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategy consulting or similar roles.
• A proven track record of managing complex consulting projects and client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to generative AI projects, including work with LLMs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on analytics and statistics.
• Proficiency in Python, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
• A strong foundation in business statistics and data-driven decision-making.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at senior executive levels.
• A results-oriented, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and implementation.
• A strong academic background, with a degree from a top-tier institution (advanced degrees preferred).
