Job Title: Service & Support Engineer (m / f / d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully complete (technical) university studies or an equivalent trainee program in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Video Engineering.
  • Possess 2+ years of proven experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and entertainment Audio / Video sector.
  • Have knowledge of broadcast or event technology.
  • Be proficient in professional communication, digital audio, and IP video technology (AES3, AES67, SDI, ST 2110, ST 2022-6), as well as IP standards (TCP, UDP, IGMP, VLAN, PTP V-2, Multicast media traffic).
  • Have a strong understanding of IT and networking infrastructures with troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with fiber optic interconnected systems is a plus.

THAT'S YOU

  • Completed (technical) university degree or equivalent trainee program in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Video Engineering.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and entertainment Audio / Video sector.
  • Expertise in broadcast or event technology.
  • Knowledge of professional communication, digital audio, and IP video technology (AES3, AES67, SDI, ST 2110, ST 2022-6), as well as IP standards (TCP, UDP, IGMP, VLAN, PTP V-2, Multicast media traffic).
  • Familiarity with IT and networking infrastructures, with troubleshooting ability.

  • Passion for customer communication and troubleshooting complex broadcast systems.
  • Strong team player who aligns with the culture of an international, medium-sized company.
  • Cross-domain thinking, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
