Process Consultant (m / f / d) •

Support the responsible Senior Consultant in the development and maintenance of global mandatory LH Accounting Process and Control requirements under IFRS17 and IFRS9

• Contribute to maintaining relevant documentation in collaboration with all stakeholders in RIA and international organizations (e.g., ICS).
• Provide input on the structural efficiency of the global LH accounting organization and monitor its costs.
• Lead global projects and working groups, assuming responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with international organizations to review concepts and implement changes.
• Guide and support local Life and Health reinsurance accounting units to ensure alignment with global IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 processes, controls, and regulations.
• Maintain and improve processes and controls with central valuation and reporting teams.
• Conduct internal and external training on accounting and closing topics.

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration with specialization in accounting or insurance business administration.
• Several years of accounting experience, preferably with knowledge of international accounting standards.
• Knowledge and experience with IFRS accounting processes, especially IFRS 17 and IFRS 9.
• Interest in collaborating across interfaces, especially within international organizations.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with eagerness to address complex issues.
• Willingness to handle challenging topics in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work effectively in international teams.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with Process Modelling Tools (e.g., ADONIS).
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to travel.
