As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. Key responsibilities:

• Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing strategies to maximize sales
• Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Control costs and oversee store operations such as stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance reports, and update the District Manager on action plans
• Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to meet KPIs
• Assist with team training and share product knowledge
• Recruit and induct high-caliber team members passionate about denim
• Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody its values
• Manage and develop your team effectively, with a proven track record in team development
• Previous managerial experience in driving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes
• Experience in managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties
