Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely, competitive, and high-quality proposal preparation.
  • Support proposal and contract negotiations with sales teams and clients.
  • Analyze and manage tender documents throughout the proposal process.
  • Assist internal stakeholders with technical and contractual challenges.
  • Follow up on proposals and implement optimizations or corrections as needed.

Qualifications

  • Successful technical university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the rail vehicle industry is desirable.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Goal-oriented work style and strong communication skills.
  • Team spirit, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
