The Team - your impact

As Senior Agile PMO Digital Programs Energy Markets (f/m/d), you will work with our Energy Markets/Trading unit, playing a crucial role in E.ON's digital transformation programs to help us become a digital-first energy company.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

1. Enable transparency, accountability, and decision-making within a complex delivery organization.
2. Support the development and maintenance of a flexible, agile delivery structure.
3. Drive key Digital Technology growth and efficiency programs in Energy Markets/Trading, aiming to transform E.ON's trading unit into a digital-first trading powerhouse.
4. Lead the development of our Expert Services practice in Germany, focusing on agile delivery capabilities and integrating traditional project management with scaled agile methodologies.
5. Build trusted client relationships, understanding their needs, and tailoring our services to meet their challenges.

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in agile project and/or product delivery.
• Proven track record in delivering complex digital technology programs, including project management, design, development, testing, rollout, and operations.
• Strong consulting skills: strategic thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and organization.
• Experience working in delivery teams across multiple locations and managing external partners in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and very good German language skills.
• Ideally, knowledge of the energy sector and grid business.
