Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Industrial Filtration products, including felts, filter bags, and hot gas filters.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding product design, pricing, delivery, and technical support.
- Drive sales growth and support new product development.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, understand needs, and align solutions.
- Manage sales projects and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Conduct on-site visits and technical presentations at trade shows and conferences.
- Assist with resolving product issues and support order processes.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years of successful industrial filtration sales experience.
- Established customer relationships within the filtration industry.
- Able to generate $3–$5M in annual sales.
- Deep understanding of filtration technologies and applications.
- Experience in relevant industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Cement, etc.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and/or German; additional languages are a plus.
- Capable of managing multiple accounts and projects with travel up to 50%.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
