Your responsibilities:

• Selling our Food & Beverage range and serving our guests.
• Cash register operations.
• Receiving, inspecting, pricing, and ordering goods.
• Refilling and maintaining product displays.
• Providing professional guidance and support to our trainees in sales.
• Planning, executing, and monitoring training according to the training framework.
• Conveying expertise and sales skills in daily operations.
• Collaborating closely with managers and HR colleagues.
• Supporting internal training sessions and workshops.

Your profile:

• Completed training in retail (e.g., Retail Salesperson).
• Trainer certification (according to AEVO) is mandatory.
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally with initial leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and pedagogical talent.
• Organizational strength and sense of responsibility.
• Enthusiasm for training and developing young people.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
