Key Success Factors

Our success relies on the continuous optimization and automation of supply chain management processes, requiring deep knowledge of process integration in production. The job holder will provide professional consultancy in production planning, logistics, and manufacturing processes implemented in SAP to support SWISS KRONO's business strategy.

• Business process consultancy: analysis, conception, implementation, and testing of SAP processes in production
• Support and maintenance of existing MES and SAP solutions, solving incidents, and implementing change requests
• Development and improvement of solutions such as SAP PP manufacturing interfaces, SAP-MES integration, and testing of developments
• Maintenance of production-related SAP Add-Ons
• Preparation of functional specifications for developers
• Training of key users and creation of process documentation

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in process conception, definition, customization, and implementation in SAP PP/DS within manufacturing companies with variant configurations
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or comparable experience
• Professional experience with SAP PP and MES systems is advantageous
• Experience in production and detailed planning processes for configured materials and variants
• Knowledge of SAP QM, PM, PPDS, EWM is a plus
• Basic S/4HANA knowledge is advantageous
• Skills in SAP ECC 6, ABAP, reading and debugging code
• Proficiency in English and German (B2 or higher)
