Your future plans

• Technical Leadership: Lead planning, design, and implementation phases, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards.
• Consulting Services: Provide expertise on ServiceNow best practices, capabilities, and strategies to internal teams and platform users.
• Configuration and Customization: Tailor the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of configurations and processes.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work with ServiceNow vendors, stay updated on releases, and participate in user communities.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize platform performance.
• Security Management: Enforce security best practices and conduct audits.
• Contract Management: Understand license modules and support contract preparations.
• Communication: Serve as SPOC for ServiceNow communications.

Qualifications

• IT education with experience or a degree in (Business) Informatics.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
• Ability to design workflows and automate processes using ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of security practices and audits.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects using agile methodologies, including Scrum.
