Senior Application Engineer Mixed Signal (m/f/d)

What You Can Expect:

• Comprehensive training on our high-speed SerDes products.
• Evaluation and characterization of analog functions (SerDes, PLL, OpAmp, etc.), development of measurement methods, and statistical analysis of data.
• Development of software in Python and C/C++ to control our products, measurement devices, and interface analyzers.
• Design of reference designs and application boards using Altium Designer.
• Collaboration with an international team of engineers in chip design, field application, and product testing to bring products to market and meet customer requirements.

• Active participation in projects for current and next-generation automotive applications.
• Serving as a key contact for our international clients.

What You Bring:

• Passion for solving complex electronic problems and enthusiasm for commissioning new products.
• Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNA, TDR, and pattern generators.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces, jitter analysis, eye diagrams, TDR, SerDes architectures (FIR, AGC, DFE, CTL).
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience in PCB development (Altium Designer) and 3D field simulation (CST or HFSS) is advantageous.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from TU/FH.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
