As a Salesforce partner, we advise companies of all sizes and industries on digital transformation with Salesforce. We are seeking Salesforce Consultants (m/f/x) at all our locations to implement exciting customer projects with us.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions
• Analyze existing Salesforce systems
• Lead IT projects within the Salesforce environment
• Specialize in specific apps/clouds based on preferences and project needs
• Adjust and optimize workflows
• Manage testing and releases
• Train and support clients post-project
• Engage in continuous learning and certifications

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in developing and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
• Salesforce experience is desirable
• IT affinity and knowledge in SaaS, databases, and CRM
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit
• Experience in project management and IT implementation
• Salesforce certifications in Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud are a plus
• Proficiency in German and English; willingness to travel for projects
