Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail, and in person.
• Welcomes clients when they arrive in the Service Area. Determines the nature of visit and escorts the client to the appropriate department/area.
• Schedules service appointments and manages technician calendars.
• Provides information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
• Provides administrative support to the staff when necessary.
• Prepares warranty repair orders with accuracy, legibility, and compliance to the manufacturers' warranty policies and procedures as outlined in the appropriate manuals. Processes warranty claims in a timely manner as the repair orders are closed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive service or administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr., depending on experience. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
