We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyse: You're up for sourcing the current market of small and large businesses and finding exciting customer segments to develop a sales strategy together with our partners
- Customer advocacy: You take ownership and communicate skilfully to contact potential customers and build a strong customer pipeline
- Understanding: It's important to you to know your contact's needs and problems, ask the right questions and listen to them in order to pick up your customers where they are at the moment
- Advise: You put yourself in your customers' shoes and identify for them how we at Pliant can deliver the most value to them
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Previous work experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Strong willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast paced Fintech environment
- You speak German fluently, along with English
- Berlin based ideally - hybrid work model in place
