UX/UI Designer (m/w/d)

We are looking for support for our Digital-Team as soon as possible in the fields of UX/UI design and Project Ownership (m/w/d) in Berlin.

We are a software development team located in Berlin that is part of the traditional and renowned construction company PohlCon GmbH. We seek a new team member to assist in UX/UI design (50%) and Project Engineering (50%). We build web applications for products used on construction sites.

Your tasks:

1. You work with people. Besides your tasks in digital product design, you will contribute to our business analysis process. You will work with product owners to create project specifications. In exchange with specialists from the construction site, you will analyze the needs of upcoming projects and translate them into project goals.
2. Later in the project, you assist in defining the steps needed to achieve these goals, including software features and design.
3. You will support the maintenance of our design system.

Your skills - must have:

1. Professional experience in Figma (wireframing, design, prototyping, and design systems)
2. Knowledge of working with agile processes
3. English level C1 in speaking and writing
4. German level C1 in speaking and writing
5. Fundamental understanding of technical products

Your skills - you are our hero:

1. Technical background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
2. Experience with construction software like Revit, Inventor, or others
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
4. Experience in project management, ideally in software development
