**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Architect with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team,who can design an AI-powered, hierarchical multi-agent system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI and ML systems that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI solutions into existing systems
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into our solutions where appropriate
- Develop technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, user guides, and technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team's AI expertise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI System Architect
- Proven experience with LLM, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus
