Job Description:

Overview

The HR IT team at Deutsche Bank is responsible for managing and strategizing global HR systems, focusing on modern technology solutions to improve employee experience and support bank modernization efforts. The team is based in Frankfurt and Pune, overseeing over 100 systems including SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Focus on HR technology functions, working on key HR processes including data collection and reporting.
  2. Monitor and manage various HR technology processes and programs.
  3. Gather requirements, document, and test as part of the SDLC workflow.
  4. Ensure quality assurance, track, and validate process workflows across programs.
  5. Generate reports to provide transparency on KPIs via scorecards and standard reports.
  6. Create compliance and performance reports using tools like JIRA.
  7. Collaborate on data sourcing and validation from acquisition to reporting.
  8. Work with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  9. Support change management activities, including training and communication.
  10. Support large HR technology programs such as Compensation Transformation.
  11. Assist with HR systems like Workday and Service Now.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Experience in technology, preferably with HR topics.
  2. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  3. Proficiency in agile project management.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Knowledge of program management, documentation, and workflow management.
  6. Experience with business process diagrams and flowcharts.
  7. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
