Location: Remote Germany (ideally somewhere between West / North West / North Germany)

immoportalservices GmbH supports companies in the housing and real estate industry with the innovative immooffice solution for digitalizing processes. immooffice digitally maps core industry processes and can be integrated into all leading ERP and archiving systems. The web solution is complemented by the immooffice app for iOS and Android. Founded in 2009, the company employs 21 people in Hamburg and Magdeburg. Since 2023, we have been part of the Banyan Software Group family, alongside many other software companies.

Job Description:

• You are the first point of contact for our existing customers, from daily dialogue to strategic relationship development and growth of commercial opportunities.
• You recognize customer potential and expand existing business relationships.
• You present our immooffice product remotely, in person, or at events as needed.
• You develop sales strategies collaboratively with your team.
• You maintain customer and sales data systematically in our CRM system.

Desired Qualities:

• Passion for customer service, advice, and long-term relationships.
• Experience in key account management or existing customer development, ideally in software or digital solutions.
• Strong communication and counseling skills in German.
• High customer orientation and a desire to contribute to customer success.
• Affinity for digital solutions and strong technical understanding.
• Initiative, team spirit, and a structured, independent working style.
