Responsibilities:

• Design complex solutions for virtual or physical products/services in collaboration with business and IT units.
• Create decision templates, present, and discuss results with management.
• Represent departmental interests in strategic committees and facilitate these meetings.
• Assess business models and requirements, focusing on integration into technological solutions and requirements management in projects.
• Analyze and conceptualize requirements considering holistic business needs.
• Coordinate technical product/service requirements and ensure solution implementation.
• Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and advise with technical and business process expertise.
• Lead strategically aligned projects.

Profile:

• Several years of experience as Solution Designer/Architect in telecommunications, especially mobile, with strong knowledge in Cloud solutions, NaaS, TaaS.
• Expertise in LTE, 5G, campus, voice, data, messaging services, and mobile network components like RAN, transport, core platform.
• Skills in quality assurance, agile and traditional collaboration, project leadership, communication, analytical, and conceptual skills.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
