IT Assistant &Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT administrative support, including asset management, IT device purchasing, and inventory management (experience with ServiceNow or Remedy is a plus).
• Manage IT ticket systems and manual documentation.
• Assist with web page management (experience is a plus but not required).
• Communicate effectively in native Japanese and Business English.
• Maintain personal motivation and flexibility to work from office or home.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT administration, including paperwork or administrative tasks.
• Experience with asset management, IT device procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience with IT ticket systems and manual documentation.
• Ability to communicate in native Japanese and Business English.
• Motivated, flexible, and capable of working remotely or in the office.
