Team Lead IT Workplace Services with MS Intune (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Berlin, or remote in Germany

As the Team Lead for IT Workplace Services, you will support the Head of IT Service Delivery, managing a dedicated team of three. Your main goal will be to optimize and automate our Workplace Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the professional and disciplinary aspects of the Workplace Services team (2nd Level Administration)
• Support your team’s professional and personal development
• Develop strategies to optimize and automate client management processes for Windows and MacOS in Microsoft Intune
• Drive automation of software distribution and device management to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
• Monitor market trends to identify emerging technologies
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain system security
• Coordinate development and integration of software and hardware, ensuring a cohesive architecture
• Assist with hardware/software rollouts and project planning

Your Profile

• Degree in IT, apprenticeship as an IT specialist, or comparable technical training
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, especially in workplace and client management
• Proven leadership experience, including personnel development and motivation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM, software distribution, device setup, security policies)
• Experience managing INCs, requests, and CMDB in ServiceNow
• Successful track record in IT project management, ideally with ITIL v4 certification
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions
• High motivation, innovative mindset, and responsibility-taking attitude
• Fluent German and good English skills
