Experience

  • 3+ years experience implementing similar SaaS e-commerce solutions at Base.com
  • Solid understanding of the DACH e-commerce landscape, with experience working with e-commerce retailers and brands
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Experience configuring and managing online stores

Tasks

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Base.com customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and system integration
  • Analyze customer requirements, providing tailored recommendations and best practices
  • Deliver technical demos during onboarding
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
  • Configure and customize Base.com systems to meet client needs
  • Design solutions to optimize clients' workflows
  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and align solutions accordingly
  • Evaluate project success against set goals
  • Assist customers in integrating additional tools to enhance their Base.com system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
  • Participate in industry events and on-site customer implementations
