Responsibilities:

• Manage offshore substation technology for regional grid connections and participate in related projects and routine operations.
• Supervise onshore and offshore substations connecting offshore wind farms to the land grid as a specialist.
• Plan and safely execute maintenance and repair measures, adhering to legal inspection cycles.
• Lead maintenance projects, including planning, execution, and billing, optimizing resource use.
• Represent the interests of grid operations in new and expansion projects managed from Berlin.
• Plan, execute, and bill maintenance projects, analyze fault cases, and evaluate maintenance results.
• Perform complex functional tests, acceptance, and assist in commissioning.
• Manage special systems like static reactive power compensation and high-voltage filters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of high-voltage network operation, secondary technology, standards, and regulations.
• Health suitability for offshore work.
• Good English and excellent German skills.
• Driver's license (car).
• Experience with MS Office and SAP is advantageous.
