What to Expect
Together with our multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for international (sub-)projects focusing on risk management and quantitative methods for banks.
Your main task will be advising our clients on the implementation of regulatory requirements (Basel II/III, Basel IV, CRR, CRR II, CRD IV, CRD V, EMIR, FRTB, MaRisk, ICAAP, ILAAP). Additionally, you will support our global audit teams with complex risk management issues.
You will play a key role in developing our business and contribute to the expansion of our rapidly growing consulting division.
An agile working style, close collaboration with related departments, and continuous professional development characterize your work. Knowledge transfer related to modern risk and project management methods will also be part of your responsibilities.
What You Bring
- A successfully completed degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., mathematics, statistics, or natural sciences)
- Experience with practical implementations (e.g., Monte Carlo, partial differential equations, tree algorithms) and the use of valuation libraries
- Analytical skills, strong technical understanding, and willingness to learn relevant statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, Python, C++, Java, or MATLAB)
- Ideally, initial experience in developing and implementing compliance and risk concepts
- Fluent German and English skills
