Join a high-tech manufacturing team as a Metrology Technician, supporting the inspection, alignment, and assembly of precision optical components and modules.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspect in-house manufactured optical components using tools such as interferometers, microscopes, and other precision instruments
• Program and operate a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to test mechanical parts
• Assist with the assembly, alignment, and testing of high-precision optical systems
• Perform qualification and validation testing of optical assemblies
• Implement predefined optical testing procedures
• Contribute to the development of test methods and hardware requirements for production-scale operations
• Shift work may be required

What You’ll Bring:

• Vocational training in a technical field (e.g., optics, mechatronics, precision engineering, or similar)
• Experience with precision optical or mechanical components is a plus
• Background in optical metrology or CMM operation is desirable
• Basic knowledge of optics preferred
• Technician-level qualification is a bonus, but not essential
• Reliable, structured, and efficient work style
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and German is preferred
• Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed
