OPC domain

Outsourced Payment Consolidation is responsible for the delivery and design of a full payment engine serving large corporate and VIP clients of the bank. We offer worldwide mass payments, with a strong focus on efficient and high-performance execution.

As a Lead Java Engineer (f/m/x), you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of development tasks, from specification and design to implementation and level 3 production support.

Your key responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with BAs on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis, design, and documentation of business and functional requirements, design decisions, and APIs.
  2. Design and develop new functionality, including coding and testing, and review team members' changes.
  3. Work with QA on test automation of new and existing functionalities.
  4. Contribute to defining the future state of the system architecture.
  5. Gain product and architecture experience to mentor and guide junior developers.
  6. Provide SL3 (Service Level 3) support for the application.

Your skills and experiences

  1. Strong mathematical skills and understanding of algorithms and complexity.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Java.
  3. Hands-on experience developing large-scale enterprise systems.
  4. Good knowledge of SQL and Unix.
  5. Experience implementing fault-tolerant and load-balancing solutions.
