For our Global Account Delivery department, we are looking for several Infrastructure Engineers with a focus on SAN at one of our locations.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Ensure 24/7 availability of storage services and the smooth operation of complex enterprise storage environments as part of the storage team.
2. Handle requests, incidents, and changes (1st/2nd level), managed and documented via an ITSM tool.
3. Actively participate in troubleshooting and coordinate hardware repairs with technicians.
4. Conduct fault analysis, collaborate closely with the engineering team, and involve manufacturers when necessary.
5. Plan and execute release and version updates, perform performance analyses, and tuning.
6. Contribute to new projects within the team and cross-team collaborations.
7. Maintain regular communication and agile collaboration with engineering teams.
8. Participate in on-call rotations as part of the team.

Your Profile:

1. Experience in managing storage infrastructures, preferably SAN and/or NetApp.
2. Knowledge of enterprise environment operations is desirable.
3. Experience with SAN, virtualization, networking, and operating systems.
4. Willingness to participate in on-call duties (24/7).
5. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
6. Preference for working with a few clients with full engagement, predictable work-life balance, and minimal travel.
7. Proficiency in German and English communication.
