We are seeking full-time or part-time support for our Customer Support team.

Your Tasks

1. Answering customer inquiries: Providing accurate information and working closely with the support and development teams.
2. Solving user problems: Identifying and resolving technical and application issues for smooth customer experience.
3. Onboarding and training new customers: Ensuring a smooth introduction and conducting training sessions on our software.
4. Creating documentation and bug tickets: Detailing software use and recording issues systematically.
5. Carrying out software tests: Conducting tests to ensure functionality and user-friendliness, identifying errors early.

Your Qualifications

• User and service-oriented mindset
• Experience in IT customer service
• Solution-oriented and tech-savvy
• Experience in fleet management or ticket systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent German and solid English skills
