Job Title: HR Assistant (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

  1. Administrative and organizational support for the HR department (Director HR, Recruiting, Personal Development, HR Services)
  2. Research activities and preparing information
  3. Managing internal communication for HR in the intranet
  4. Preparation of certificates (Haufe Certificate Manager)
  5. Supporting the maintenance of the time recording system (Atoss)
  6. Handling insurance topics, e.g., accident insurance, daily sickness benefit insurance, etc.
  7. Administrative tasks in the Learning Management System and supporting the creation of new e-learnings
  8. Administrative tasks in international HR management as part of a parental leave replacement
  9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and participating in projects

What You Bring

  1. Successfully completed commercial training or further education in HR
  2. Several years of professional experience in assistance, ideally in the HR department of an internationally active company or in personnel administration
  3. Proficient in MS Office
  4. Basic knowledge of Rexx and Atoss is an advantage
  5. Absolutely reliable, structured, responsible work style, and affinity for numbers
  6. Organizational talent and strong service orientation
  7. Excellent German and good English skills
