Application Specialist

Location : remote, with up to 20% travel

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead product training, demonstrations, and customer education.
• Create and refine training materials and tools
• Ensure smooth adoption of the product by understanding customers’ existing workflows and optimizing product training accordingly.
• Support customers from onboarding to successful implementation.
• Assist Sales and Partner Success with product presentations.

Requirements :

• Studies in Radiology, Medical Engineering, IT or similar
• Experience in the radiology sector (MTRA / Application Specialist / Researcher etc.)
• Knowledge of medical terminology & abbreviations in German
• Previous experience in training end users within clinical & technical environments
• Independent, customer focused, good communicator and able to multi-task
• Fluent in German (min C1) and English
• Willing to travel 2-3x per month

Experience with Learning Management Systems, radiology reporting tools & speech recognition software are a plus!
