QA Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a QA Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Berlin as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing for features developed by a team of 4 developers
• Oversee release management by assembling release candidates from resolved Jira tickets, coordinating testing efforts on staging environments, managing deployment to production, and conducting thorough smoke tests to ensure release stability
• Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders
• Work within a Salesforce-integrated environment
• Bonus: Write and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Cypress with JavaScript and TypeScript

What you should bring:

• Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as Cypress, paired with a strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript
• A structured and dependable work style, a keen eye for detail, and confidence in using Jira and supporting deployment workflows
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you enjoy working closely with developers and stakeholders
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus, as is hands-on experience in both manual and automated QA
• Career changers with relevant experience are very welcome
• German is not required, but a plus
• You're confident communicating in English – both written and spoken
