Responsibilities:

  • As a Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and monitoring production processes and their optimization in areas such as pipe fabrication, fine sheet fabrication, connector assembly, and GFK adaptation.
  • You will ensure machine availability and initiate measures in case of disruptions.
  • You will support the department management in implementing modernization efforts.
  • Collaborating with interface partners, you will develop technical solutions to improve work safety and machine performance.
  • As a contact for engineering, you will find solutions for implementing technical details within your production environment.
  • Preparation and support of internal and external audits are also part of your tasks.
  • You will assist supervisors in topics such as occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and reducing throughput times.

Profile:

  • You possess a completed technical or university degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
  • Several years of professional experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, or plant engineering are required.
  • Process knowledge regarding pipe/lüftungs construction is desirable.
  • Proficiency in the relevant technical skills is expected.
  • Good German and English skills are required.
  • Initiative, creativity, independence, and enjoyment of teamwork complete your profile.
