Responsibilities

• Responsible for staff in Service Desk, Fieldservice, and Data Center, focusing on Server (Citrix, NetApp, McAfee Trellix, Exchange & Backup Veeam), Cisco Telephony (Call Manager, Jabber), and Cisco Network (DANN, ISE).
• Ensure smooth operation and continuous optimization of service processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality.

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• Proven leadership experience in similar roles.
• Good German language skills are mandatory.
