We are looking for a dedicated specialist who will work with another colleague to professionally maintain and further develop our IT systems. As a full-time IT system administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth operation and continuous development of our entire IT infrastructure.

Main Tasks

• Administration and maintenance of server hardware
• Data backup and security
• Budget planning and procurement of IT hardware and software
• Maintenance, servicing and configuration of third-party software solutions
• Maintenance and support of the network infrastructure
• User and rights management (user management)
• 1st and 2nd level support for employees
• Administration of MS 365, mail server, databases
• Administration of IP-based telephone systems
• License management
• Integration of new software solutions
• Ensuring IT security and preventing cybercrime
• Further development of EWS IT systems, development of possible uses for AI

• Collaboration in internal project groups
  
  

Profile

• Completed IT specialist training or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of MS operating systems, server-client architecture, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V), Exchange, VPN, RDS
• Knowledge of the administration of specialist software (e.g. Simba, Vivendi) an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
