Job Summary

As a Vice President in the EMEA Trade Client Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active Supply Chain Finance customers. Your main focus will be on expanding the existing book of Supply Chain Finance programmes. Recently, our team's remit has expanded to include both originating new Supply Chain Finance programmes and cross-selling other Trade & Working Capital products to existing clients. You will develop a client engagement and execution strategy for your portfolio and aim to promote asset and revenue growth through organic and strategic opportunities. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative team environment, engaging with internal and external partners.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive asset and revenue growth by managing SCF programme ramp-up and supplier enrollment, supporting clients in achieving their organizational goals.
  2. Collaborate with the T&WC Sales team to prospect and originate new SCF opportunities through research, sales calls, client visits, and RFPs.
  3. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Trade & Working Capital solutions to existing SCF clients by understanding their business needs and the applicability of our product suite.
  4. Manage client relationships, serving as the primary contact for multiple Trade products, and optimize capital utilization for returns.
  5. Establish and maintain client engagement plans aligned with strategic and tactical goals, including cross-sell targets.
  6. Analyze client financial performance to identify trends and profitability, adjusting strategies as needed.
  7. Monitor credit facility usage and patterns, working closely with the Distribution desk to ensure capital availability for discounting needs.
  8. Coordinate with cross-functional partners across the JPM franchise, including Sales, Credit, Operations, Legal, and others.
  9. Support technology initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  10. Coordinate program expansions and related activities with regional teams.
  11. Assist in managing projects focused on business growth and efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in client coverage or similar roles.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach and innovative mindset.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with Trade & Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, or related areas.
  • Experience in sales, structuring, or credit analysis.
  • Additional language skills, especially Western European languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
