Job Summary

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Reconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET, ensuring adherence to best practices and established coding standards.

Your key responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, QA, etc.) to design and implement backend features.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components by working closely with frontend developers and other team members.
• Contribute to code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot backend-related issues, implementing fixes and optimizations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with organizational initiatives and support change management processes.

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of software development experience with a strong understanding of SDLC phases (requirements, documentation, QA).
• Expertise in .NET technologies (.NET Framework, Core, ASP.NET MVC).
• Proficiency in SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Agile (Scrum preferred), DevOps, and CI/CD practices (a plus).
• Experience with Entity Framework and microservices (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German.
