Master of Climate and Ventilation Technology or Electrical Engineering / Technical Specialist Facility Management / Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Support with technical operations management
• Central maintenance of technical building services at 3 locations in Germany with a focus on air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Ensuring the required climatic conditions for production processes
• Supervision of software solutions for the control of maintenance measures
• Creation of workflows and schedules
• Coordinating and tracking external and internal maintenance activities at the 3 sites, including documentation, initiating repairs due to maintenance defects and technical faults
• Coordination of external services in the area of technical building management and infrastructural building management
• Implementation, management and coordination of smaller conversion projects and internal relocations
• Participation in planning and implementation of larger new construction and conversion projects
• Cost estimates
• Tendering and awarding contracts
• Budget planning (planning/forecasting)
• Service charge settlements for rental properties

Minimum Requirements:

• Master craftsman in air conditioning and ventilation technology, master craftsman in electrical engineering with 5-7 years of professional experience or property or project management in the field of facility management with 10 years of professional experience
• MS Office skills
• Planning, organization and time management
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Commercial thinking and acting
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to deal with conflict
• Reliability
• On-call duty in an emergency
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Fluent German language skills
