Summary

In the area of "Change and Configuration Management," we are looking for a "Project Manager S/4 HANA PLM Business (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

The department ensures effective application of CM processes in the project and on the product, considering contractual requirements, and that project-relevant CM tasks are completed efficiently. This helps achieve project and product goals within the performance, time, and cost framework with low risk.

Your Tasks

• Representation of all aspects of business requirements within the S/4 HANA project
• Performing technical management and all project management activities in coordination with the IM project manager and external service provider
• Coordination of all project tasks of the involved PLM workstreams
• Ensuring systematic project planning and fulfillment of project goals regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
• Defining priorities and project deliverables and assessing scope, effort, and risks
• Resource planning and capacity coordination with involved departments
• Evaluating the requirements of the S/4 HANA PLM workstreams
• Ensuring acceptance and proper use of processes and tools in the company
• Regular reporting to project sponsors and implementing resulting measures

Willingness for occasional business trips is required.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable field
• Many years of project management experience and methodological knowledge
• In-depth experience in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Extensive experience managing interdisciplinary project teams
• Experience in SAP transformation projects, ideally with S/4HANA conversion knowledge
• Knowledge of development and design is advantageous
• Independent, results-oriented, and structured working style
• High flexibility
• Fluent German and very good English skills
