Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at exmox, you'll find this opportunity to be an incredible learning experience. Responsibilities

1. You create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
2. You communicate design concepts and reasoning effectively to stakeholders.
3. You conduct competitor analysis and user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
4. You ensure consistency in design solutions and compliance with brand guidelines.
5. You iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
6. You perform design reviews to ensure implementation aligns with designs.

Your Profile

• A well-prepared portfolio showcasing your work.
• An academic degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design for mobile and B2C products.
• Proficiency with visual design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Ability to produce detailed documentation and user stories.
• Skills in graphic design, including icons, vectors, and illustrations.
• Familiarity with CSS basics.
• Excellent social, communication, and presentation skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.

Please note: this is a hybrid position in Hamburg, Germany, with work from home on Mondays & Fridays, and in-office on Tuesday to Thursday.
