Position: Presales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Zoho Corporation. As an integral part of our sales and consulting team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. With your industry knowledge and consulting skills, you will craft customized solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

  1. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, translating these into effective solutions.
  2. Lead solution presentations and demonstrations highlighting our SaaS products' value.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution-selling strategies and enhance the sales process.
  4. Guide customers through decision-making, addressing technical and strategic requirements.
  5. Design customized solutions and workflows integrating with existing client systems.
  6. Provide expert advice on customer experience strategy, helping clients optimize product use.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  8. Support implementation teams during roll-outs.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in solution consulting within the SaaS industry, especially CRM or customer experience products.
  • Proven success in solution delivery to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products like CRM and Helpdesk software, and their impact on customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
  • Fluency in English and German (mandatory).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
