We are seeking a Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) Patientenmanagement in Voll- or Teilzeit at Asklepios, one of Germany's largest private hospital operators. Our hospital on the island of Sylt offers comprehensive acute and rehabilitation care, with a focus on patient-centered service and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

• General administrative tasks
• Acting as contact for patients, insurers, doctors, and social services
• Processing admission requests for inpatient rehabilitation
• Patient consultation via phone
• Admissions, travel expense reimbursement, discharge, and billing

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in healthcare
• Enjoy working with people and strong team skills
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
