Position Overview: As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients in the industrials sector. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, contributing to the success of high-profile deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and due diligence.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
• Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and executing transactions.
• Perform industry research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, legal advisors, and other financial institutions.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation and regulatory filings.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the industrials sector.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
