Responsibilities

We are seeking a (Senior) Software Engineer (all genders) to contribute to developing features for our remote assistance solution using modern C++ standards. Reporting to the Team Lead Software Development, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in an agile, modern environment.

• Design and develop multi-threaded, high-scale server and client-side remote assistance solutions
• Optimize software for connectivity on resource-limited devices (operating panels, gateways, harvesters)
• Ensure software stability and efficiency across various systems
• Stay updated with the latest in technology and software development, proposing improvements
• Recommend architectural and technological enhancements for reliability, scalability, and maintenance

Requirements

• University degree in information technology or related field
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Excellent knowledge of C++
• Interest or knowledge in Web technologies (TypeScript / HTML5) or C# is a plus
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and object-oriented architecture
• Fluency in English mandatory; German is a plus
