The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities
Support in the planning and management of projects in the field of Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
Creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules and status reports specifically for ESS projects
Participation in the coordination of interdisciplinary teams (e.g. BD, procurement)
Monitoring milestones and supporting compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
Preparation and organisation of project meetings, workshops and technical reviews
Preparation of reports and documentation to support ESS projects
Supporting the identification and minimization of risks in project implementation
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure smooth processes
Maintaining and updating project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) to track project progress
Supporting budget planning, monitoring resource allocation and preparing cost estimates
Contributing to the optimization of processes and the further development of standards for ESS projects
What You Bring To The Team
Knowledge of battery technologies, charging algorithms and energy storage principles
Extensive knowledge of project management tools, e.g. Jira, MS Project
In-depth knowledge of battery storage technologies and market trends, including lithium-ion technology and other storage systems
What Makes You Stand Out
Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, business or a comparable qualification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience of working in a demanding environment
At least 3 years proven experience in project management, ideally with PMP, or Scrum, or PRINCE certification
