- As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Connected Intelligence Engineering team, contributing to the team's success in a fast-changing digital environment.
- To succeed, you should demonstrate:
- Strong analytical skills and capacity to summarize complex inputs to support business understanding
- Ability to drive strategy implementation, improvements, and transformation initiatives
- Support the Connected Intelligence Engineering ambition by ensuring timely delivery of team inputs
- Drive performance improvements in the Engineering team (budget, team dynamics, collaboration, dashboards, duties)
- Active involvement in the transformation of the Connected Intelligence business
Tasks and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Executive's daily activities, anticipating needs, and preparing materials for decision-making or presentations.
- Managing schedules and calendar alignment in coordination with the Personal Assistant
- Influencing stakeholders and fostering relationships for reliable delivery
- Coordinating cross-functional and transnational interfaces, managing a broad network across hierarchical levels
- Facilitating key team meetings and events
- Identifying customer value, business needs, and improvement opportunities
- Leading specific action plans/projects and supporting N-1 management team
- Consolidating inputs and monitoring the Connected Intelligence Dashboard and related actions
- Developing materials (slides, Excel sheets, speaker notes) for executive meetings and campaigns
- Managing the Connected Intelligence team budget
Qualifications / Skills

- Fluency in English, experience across multiple countries and cultures; German & French are a plus
